I am a new editor who is still sharpening her pen and needs more material to practice in exchange for feedback.
My niche is historical nonfiction; particularly memoirs, history books but also modern history highlighting experiences and perspectives of people from racially diverse background.
I am looking for a short piece (up to 5000 words), ideally an essay or a couple of chapters.
I would like to do a developmental or copy edit which I can turn around in cca two weeks.
