My scenic career journey includes stops as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, qualitative researcher, and traditionally published author. Across K–20, government, and corporate sectors, these experiences give me a holistic view of both content development and the editorial process. I'm the founder of cocostudio, a collaborative practice in editing, coaching, and craft.

I'm a sometimes runner, walker, and salsa dancer. I'm allergic to cats, but I adore them. I also love the darkness before the dawn, sunshine filtering through a mature canopy, and stargazing on clear nights. Atlanta native now based in St. Petersburg, FL.
