Hi everyone

This year the BIPOC affinity group has a booth at EFACON 2026's virtual pavilion. We are hoping that our membership will come together to help us create a video to support the EFA's efforts towards editors of color and to promote the BIPOC affinity group as a space where BIPOC editors can be themselves. 

In the attached form, you will find all the details for how to record a video of yourself and some prompts that will help you with what to say. Feel free to go beyond those prompts if you feel like you have something more to share. The deadline for sending in your video is June 9, 2026 by 11:59 p.m.

We look forward to your contributions and your help to make our booth a smashing success.
