Important Information About Our Intensives

All class times are in Eastern Time. More information about our courses and webinars is available here.

Approximately one week after the intensive takes place, everyone who registered will receive access to the recording on our education site. That site has different login information from the main EFA site. Please check your email one week after the intensive for information on how to access the recording. Recordings are only available to pre-registered students, and are never sold.

Registration is limited to 10 students.

Are you tired of chasing down client emails, manually sending invoices, or juggling proposal files across platforms? Imagine logging into one system that handles your inquiries, proposals, contracts, canned emails, scheduling, and payments — all with your personal touch, but without the daily repetition.

In this two-day intensive, you'll go from a blank Dubsado account to a fully customized, semi-automated system designed specifically for editorial workflows. Whether you’re brand new to Dubsado or you've opened an account and never touched it again, this workshop will walk you through everything — step by step.

  • Collect client details, project specs, and manuscript files using streamlined intake forms
  • Onboard new authors with clarity and consistency using reusable proposals, contracts, and canned emails
  • Automate scheduling, invoicing, and payment reminders to save time and avoid back-and-forth
  • Create a smooth, repeatable process for every project stage from inquiry to final payment

You’ll receive pre-workshop worksheets to prep your content in advance, so during our live Zoom sessions, you can focus on inputting your unique materials, getting real-time help, and walking away with your system ready to go. By the end of the weekend, you’ll have a polished Dubsado setup you can confidently use to manage clients, book projects, and get paid — without the busywork.
