Comics has a specialized vocabulary unique to the art form, and when an editor doesn't know the right words to use, it can be difficult for comics writers and artists to understand their feedback. With over fifteen years of professional comics work under her belt and projects featured in publications like The Washington Post, The New York Times, and Business Insider, she speaks comics as if it were her native language.
