Hi! I’m Dev Castro, an early-career editor of fantasy novels written by self-publishing authors. I offer comprehensive editorial services (developmental, line, and copy editing), as well as authenticity reading for the Latine, neurodivergent, disabled, gender diverse, and queer communities, and American pop-cultural sensitivity reading from a socioeconomically, politically, and religiously marginalized perspective. I am a proponent of conscious language and diversity in publishing, and hope to work with and amplify the unique voices of indie authors from the fringes.
