Hello! My name is Ren, and I'm a freelance localization editor for books translated from Japanese to English. While I mainly edit manga and light novels, I have also worked on indie game entries for game jams, articles for digital and print publications, and more as a line editor, copyeditor, and proofreader.

As a project manager in the fine art industry for nearly a decade before I became an editorial freelancer, I keep every project I work on organized, on schedule, and on track. And, as an editor and proofreader, I will fine-tune and polish a piece of writing to give readers the best possible experience while respecting the creator's message and vision.
