Hello everyone! I wanted to present an opportunity to you, and didn't want to wait until our July meetings. The CT Book Festivals is an organization for authors to participate in book signing events, but they are also looking to educate and help debut writers. I've connected with them in my author business, and have done several events where there's been 30 or more authors selling their books. 

The partners in the venture, Luca and Andrea, are looking to have some type of panel/symposium for their writers to talk with editors. This would be for both fiction and non-fiction, with mostly self-publishing authors. I'm looking for someone who deals with non-fiction (memoir, self-help, etc.) as part of their regular work to join me in presenting a 30 - 40 minute talk, followed by a 30 - 40 minute Q&A session. 

The event would be hosted by the CT Book Festivals on Zoom. We discussed presenting on a Thursday evening, from 7 to 8:30 pm. I thought the end of July or the beginning of August would be enough time to create a presentation and be ready for an audience.
