Rozi Doci is a professional book editor and founder of the editorial studio, The Developmental. She specializes in developmental and copy editing for romance, romantasy, fantasy, psychological thrillers, and women’s fiction, working with first-time and self-publishing authors to shape stories with strong structure, pacing, and emotional depth.
She provides organizations and subject-matter experts with research, structural editing, and copyediting for policy briefs, white papers, pitch decks, and marketing copy. Past clients include the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Defense, American Express, Time Inc., L’Oréal, Sephora, and the EU.
