Meet Your Coordinators

Nimmy Dumm

Nimmy is a copyeditor, line editor, and proofreader of both fiction (especially humor, satire, and sci-fi) and nonfiction (mostly business, marketing, and wellness). She has a degree in communications and worked as a radio host, TV news technical director, and commercial producer before starting her editing business. Her favorite punctuation is the humble comma, because it does so many different jobs.

Ginny Ruths

Ginny is a substantive, developmental, and line editor working in both nonfiction and fiction genres, with a freelance portfolio ranging from memoir and spirituality to fantasy and thriller. In her former life she edited for nonprofit as well as commercial businesses. Her favorite punctuation mark is semicolons; they keep her going.

Marcy Ongert

Marcy is a developmental editor, a copy and line editor, and a proofreader. She has an English degree and law degree and spent years writing business reports and legal briefs before deciding to become an editor. She edits fiction and nonfiction books and business communication. Her favorite punctuation mark is the em dash because she loves its versatility and punchiness.
